How to Defeat Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Condition-@pulanigayanika

You are really lucky to have a “white collar” job. A perfect workplace, a comfortable chair, air-conditioned room, a friendly environment with best co-workers, how lucky you are. Delicious tea-time snacks, 3–4 lunch outs & dinner outs for a week, birthday parties, farewell parties, and so many other parties, when having late time works meals from fast-food restaurants, sugary soda for overnights, yes I’m talking about you, my friends. You are provided with all these things because you are a mind worker. You deserve it. But sometimes you may miss your healthy life, having daily exercise, and a healthy diet.

To be honest, when I talked with my friends who work in the IT field most of them are having this condition. Unless going for a body checkup or having any other complications, often this goes undiagnosed. But if you identified this condition at an early stage before going worst, fortunately, you will be able to protect the liver. If not it may lead to a more serious liver condition called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and then liver failure.
