Is “Mung Meat” Nutritious as Meat?
Undoubtedly this is a superfood which contains many nutrients. Mung bean (Green gram) belongs to the legume family and one of the best sources for plant-based proteins. They are rich in proteins, iron, minerals, vitamins, and fiber. Mung beans are a great source for essential amino acids like leucine, valine, lysine, isoleucine, arginine, and phenylalanine.
As Mung beans are highly nutritious it’s important to add them into our day to day meals. - Firstly take some beans (about 1 cup) and soak them overnight. Following day you may see swelled beans, in my case there were tiny sprouts since they started to germinate.
