A simple and tasty mushroom dish made by me

Who wants a simple, delicious and nutritious recipe for tired Friday night. I was tired but needed something homemade to savor me and the family. So I looked into the fridge and found a mushroom packet waiting there and a small bunch of broccoli. I remembered that there is a wholemeal bread and decided to make a delicious mushroom dish for eating with the bread.

Ingredients

  • 150g of mushroom
  • A small bunch of broccoli
  • Pinch chili flakes
  • 2–3 dried chilies
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Pinch of mustard seed
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch of cumin
  • Small cinnamon stick (½ inch)
  • Some curry leaves
  • Salt to the taste

Instructions

  • Add some turmeric powder, salt, and boiled water to the mushrooms and keep aside.
  • Wash well the broccoli, cut florets and keep aside
